- A 7-seat vehicle is available to each residence for a small fee. A Valid driver’s license is required. Child car seats and booster seats are available.
- Cleaning is not required upon departure.
- Beach/river essentials (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach blanket, sunscreen)
- No pets are permitted. This preserves an oasis for guests with allergies.
